Summer

Its going too quickly isn't it?

Actually it has been feeling properly Autumnal here and I find myself thinking of fires and long stripey scarves, of apples and blackberries and big crumbles with lots of cream.

Mmm, yes. Fires & scarves & the yummiest crumble just might be compensation enough, I suppose. I just feel that I'm not quite ready for them, yet.

Me too! Autumn keeps creeping in to my mind, there is definately the feel of it in the air now. Lovely photos, thanks for sharing x

Me too. I've had enough of the summer now. Autumn is my favourite...and I've been craving winter-warmer dinners and open fires. I don't think I've commented here before, but I have followed you for a while now...Hello, fellow Devon blogger! You left me a nice comment about my little boy Bertie a long time ago. Thank you for that. Hope you enjoy the rest of the holidays. x

It is very autumnal in the UK, but apparently still roasting back home in Cyprus.... I love the thought of stripey scarves though!

Don't talk to me about crumbles - I need to get back on the oatcakes!

Beautiful pictures in this post.

Hello, I'm in Brighton and it's RAINING! So confused about what to wear. Hot but wet. Looking forward to catching up with everyone when I get back. L x
